Arkansas State Independent Living Council (ARSILC) is Now Accepting Applications for the

2016 PHIL STINEBUCK COURAGE AWARD

In Honor of the “Late” Phil Stinebuck, one of the original board members

DEADLINE WILL BE OCTOBER 1, 2016

Do you know a person with a disability who has overcome barriers?  Is there someone within your circle who has made a difference for other individuals with disabilities through their own self-determination and strong desire to be productive members of society?  If you know someone, please provide the information and submit to the ARSILC office NO LATER THAN October 1st in order for the committee to have an opportunity to review and make their selections.
